Australia
All customers within Australia will be charged a flat rate of $15.00 per delivery. Purchases made within Australia will be delivered by express post within 1-3 working days from the date of purchase.
Overseas
ilovefashion.com.au delivers to Asia-Pacific, USA, UK and Europe within 5 -7 days from the date of purchase. Overseas purchases will be delivered by TNT Couriers, and charged a flat rate of $40 AUD. ilovefashion.com.au will not be held accountable for any extra taxes incurred by your country. Please check your local customs procedures regarding taxes.
Note: ilovefashion.com.au does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Exchanges
You may return any purchased item for any reason within 7 days, from the day you receive the item/s. You must notify us at info@ilovefashion.com.au within 3 days of receiving your item with the exchange reason in the subject header, ie Incorrect Size, Faulty Goods or Change Of Mind. Once we receive your email, we will send you an exchange authorisation number and instructions on how to return the item.
All items must be returned unworn, unsoiled and in original condition with all tags attached. Once items are received with their Exchange Authorization Number they will undergo thorough inspection to ensure they are unworn, and once cleared, your new item will be dispatched to you free of charge.
Wrong size: Where a new size is needed please indicate what size you require.
Exchange for something different: If you want to swap your original item for something else please give the correct description and size required so we can check whether or not we still have it in stock. If the new item is less than the original, we will refund the difference, if the item is more than the original, please indicate your method of payment and we will be in touch to finalise the payment before the new item is sent out.
Faulty goods: If you receive a faulty item, we will send you a new item in your size if it’s available, or offer you a full refund if we are out of stock.
Please note you can not exchange your goods without contacting us to get an exchange authorisation number first.
Refunds
You many refund any purchased items including sale items within 7 days, from the day you receive the item/s. You must notify us at info@ilovefashion.com.au within 3 days of receiving your item with REFUND in the subject header to receive your Refund Authorisation number. Refunds will be accepted on the following conditions:
- All items are returned in the original packaging unworn, unsoiled and in original condition with all tags attached.
- All items must be returned within 7 days from the day of receipt. Once items are received with their Refund Authorization Number, they will undergo thorough inspection to ensure they are unworn, and once cleared, your new monies minus the original delivery fee of $15.00 will be refunded.
ilovefashion.com.au have the right to refuse a refund if we believe that the garment that is returned has been worn or damaged. In this instance the garment will be sent back to the purchaser and no refund will be issued.
