1. How do I purchase off your site?

Follow these 5 easy steps to make a purchase:

1. Go to the section you want to view, and click on the item you want, to take you through to the next page where you can view the product from different angles and enlarge if you wish

2. Choose your colour and size, and enter how many you want to purchase

3. Click on “Add to shopping cart” to take you through to the details and payment section. Click “Proceed to checkout” to finalise your payment details

4. Enter your personal details in the appropriate sections and nominate whether you want your purchase to be sent via courier or express post

5. Choose your method of payment and enter either your credit/debit card number or make a direct deposit to our account using your account details. Press “Confirm order” to complete the purchase. An email detailing your purchase will be sent to you immediately and your order will then be delivered between 1-3 working days.

Accepted forms of payment include the following;

Credit and Debit Card Transactions

Credit and Debit Card Transactions are processed through the National Australia Bank (NAB) Secure Internet Payment Service. If you choose to use a credit or debit card as a payment method when checking out item(s) in your shopping bag you will automatically be transferred to the NAB Secure Internet Payment Service to process the transaction. All payments are made over the National Australia Bank's secure network. Your card details are never disclosed to us and are not held by us in our database. Please note the NAB SIPS operates in Australian dollars only. For more information regarding this service please visit:

PayPal

PayPal is an Internet business which allows the transfer of money between email users. It is an account-based system that lets anyone with an email address securely send and receive online payments using their credit card or bank account.

Once you have finished processing the transaction you will be redirected back to the ilovefashion web site. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been received, and once payment has been accepted and cleared you will receive a shipping notification.

3. What if an item doesn’t fit or I don’t like it on?

You may refund or exchange any purchased items within 7 days, from the day you receive the item/s. You must notify us 3 days of receiving your item. Please refer to Refunds & Exchanges for further details on how to get a refund or exchange.

4. If an item is marked ‘sold out’ can you still order it in for me?

Please email us at info@ilovefashion.com.au immediately with the item description of the sold out product, the size you require, and all your contact details. We will try our best to order it in, in your size however there are no guarantees we can get more stock when after it sells out. We will contact you within 2 days to let you know whether or not we will be able to get the stock in and if we can and you still want the item, we will direct you how to make your payment.

 

5. How long does it take to receive my delivery? And what are the costs associated with this?

Purchases made within Australia will be delivered by express post within 1-3 working days from the date of purchase, and will be charged a flat rate of $15.00 per delivery for all customers within Australia.

We also deliver to Asia-Pacific, USA, UK and Europe within 5 -7 days from the date of purchase. Overseas purchases will be delivered by TNT Couriers, and charged a flat rate of $40 AUD.

6. Can I return a SALE item?

You many refund any purchased items including sale items within 7 days, from the day you receive the item/s. You must notify us at info@ilovefashion.com.au within 3 days of receiving your item with REFUND in the subject header to receive your Refund Authorisation number. Refunds will be accepted on the following conditions:

  • All items are returned in the original packaging unworn, unsoiled and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • All items must be returned within 7 days from the day of receipt. Once items are received with their Refund Authorization Number, they will undergo thorough inspection to ensure they are unworn, and once cleared, your new monies will be refunded. 

ilovefashion.com.au have the right to refuse a refund if we believe that the garment that is returned has been worn or damaged. In this instance the garment will be sent back to the purchaser and no refund will be issued. For more information on our refund policy contact us at info@ilovefashion.com.au

7. How long do I have to return an unwanted item?

You many refund any purchased items including sale items within 7 days, from the day you receive the item/s. You must notify us at info@ilovefashion.com.au within 3 days of receiving your item with REFUND in the subject header to receive your Refund Authorisation number.

8. Is it safe to use my credit card online?

Yes. The ilovefashion.com.au online boutique follows the industry standard, Secure Sockets Layer (“SSL”), for the transfer of sensitive data over the internet. This means that when you enter your credit card number online, a lock icon will appear in the bottom right of your browser window. This icon is your confirmation that SSL has been activated for the transfer of your personal information. Another indication of SSL activation is that the displayed URL will start with “https.” If you do not see this lock icon, please do not proceed with the transaction and contact us immediately at info@ilovefashion.com.au
